Terms of Service

Use Hangr for its intended purpose: capturing, organizing, and styling clothing for your own personal use. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you do not have the right to use, or interfere with the service or other users.

Hangr is an early-stage product and is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The service may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued at any time. AI-generated tags and try-on images may be inaccurate.

You own the content you add to Hangr, including the items, images, screenshots, outfits, and any body photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including sending relevant images to the AI processors described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or place unreasonable load on it. You are responsible for ensuring your own capture of content from third-party sites complies with those sites' terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe harms the service or others.

Hangr lets you save items from third-party shopping sites and stores links to them. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites, their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranty, and you use it at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
